Little Kickers Swim School

Little Kickers will be leaving its current space at the Holiday Inn Pool on 455 S. Colorado Blvd. for a space in the Virginia Village Shopping Center. The organization signed a 10-year lease in the space at 1423 S. Holly St., according to BusinessDen.

The company will be building a pool in the new space, which will help Little Kickers accommodate more students.

Little Kickers started in 2014 and focuses on one-on-one lessons for children.

2065 S. Cherokee St.

Denver City Council unanimously voted to approve a rezoning application for a new mixed-use apartment development last month. The application was to rezone the two-story industrial building at 2065 S. Cherokee St. in the Overland Park neighborhood in favor of a new apartment building with retail space and parking. Both the Overland Park Neighborhood Association and Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation voiced approval for the project.
