Partner Colorado Credit Union ranked as Best Places to Work

Partner Colorado Credit Union (PCCU) has ranked #6 as Denver's "Best Places to Work" in the medium-size company category by the Denver Business Journal. PCCU was recognized for its commitment to employee satisfaction which the credit union believes drives outstanding service to its members. This is the seventh year in a row that PCCU has been named in the top ten "Best Place to Work" in Denver.

PCCU CEO Sundie Seefried said, "It is an honor to receive this award knowing that it is our staff's team effort that makes PCCU a great place to work. We are proud of each and every employee and thank them for their dedication and service. We take pride in putting our members first and everything we do grows out of that philosophy."

The survey, which guarantees anonymity, is conducted by Quantum Workplace to measure 40 attributes determined to drive engagement. Questions were broken down into 10 categories: team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices.

"During the past seven years, we've seen a steady improvement at PCCU in both employee and member satisfaction," Seefried said. "We've reduced employee attrition and increased member service scores. The real reward is what our employees give back to the credit union and our members."

Established in 1931, Partners Colorado Credit Union has grown to serve the Denver metro area with six neighborhood locations. PCCU offers a range of financial products and services, including checking, savings, home and auto loans. Members benefit from the advantages of a credit union, including lower interest rates on loans and higher yields on savings. For more information, visit www.partnercoloradocu.org.
